Nakul 8 x 40 porro prism binocular has a magnification of 8x with an objective lens diameter of 40 mm and weighs 924 gm.

It has a BAK4 coated prism that rectifies the inverted mage that is projected by the objective in the binocular. Nakul 8 x 40 porro prism binocular has a FC- Coated lens that has an exit pupil diameter of  4.6 mm; an eye relief of 19.2 mm; with the field of view of 143 m. This makes it a good binocular for terrestrial observation and site seeing. Nakul 8 x 40 porro prism provides a resolution of 7”. The lenses are Nitrogen-filled, in order to protect them from any damage.

Its body is made of magnesium alloy, and comes with rubber grips that fascilitates comfortable handling of the binocular. It is waterproof  and can be used in all weathers. Having said that, the binocular SHOULD NOT BE submerged in the water beyound 1 meters and for more than 3 minutes. Pop-up Eyes cups system is provided in the binocular for comfortable viewing.
